Monday 16 January we will therefore discover Frédéric Murat with a new look and a new identity. He goes to different warehouses in Paris, Bordeaux and Lyon posing as Stéphane, a manager who has come to train to open a warehouse in a new city. During the show, Coursier.fr’s CEO will meet in particular Jordan, a mechanic, and Ademe, an old delivery boy.

If the boss wanted to participate in this show, it is not for nothing, he explains to the media Le Progrès: “ Because usually, when you know that the director arrives at a location, everyone is there, everyone has their uniforms on, safety rules are respected, everything is clean, etc. There we can really check in an incognito way. »

Frédéric Murat wants to ensure that employees comply with the codes, in all warehouses, while observing the environment in which his employees work to take into account the points that need improvement, in order to get as close as possible to the concerns of the employees: ” What struck me most in Lyon is the crowds in the warehouse. I didn’t know there were so many activities. Around 10:30 it was dark with people, there were between 50 and 60 people. It was crawling everywhere. It is a city with a lot of potential, for example with the construction of cycle paths. I really saw it by being as close to my employees as possible, without necessarily being the boss of the company at the time. »
